Sequoia Chamber Music Workshop: A Summer Camp for High School Pianists, violin, viola, cello, bass, flute, horn, oboe, bassoon, clarinet players from ages 12-20

Sequoia accepts 55-65 intermediate and advanced students with strong sight-reading skills, ages 12 to 20, for each week. The workshop accepts players of violin, viola, cello, bass, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, and French horn. Pianists with exceptionally good reading skills are also encouraged to apply.

Session I: June 14-June 20, 2009
Session II: June 21-June 27, 2009

THE APPLICATION DEADLINE is APRIL 13, 2009.

Applications are to include:

1.) a completed application form
2.) a teacher evalution form submitted direcly by the teacher (forms available online)
3.) an audition recording (audio or VHS tape, MP3, MD, CD or DVD ONLY) including two representative scales and two contrasting solo works (if you want it returned, please submit self-addressed stamped package)
4.) a $40 non-refundable application fee.
